Requirements

Responsibilities
The Payroll Expert will be responsible for evaluating and selecting payroll software, ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution in Romania and potentially other trained countries, preparing and reconciling internal payroll reports, owning critical local payroll and HR processes, scheduling payroll expenses collections, assessing and improving rapid growth processes, staying informed of regulatory changes, and working cross-functionally to provide payroll expertise.
